หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and coach a small in-house collections team, ensuring daily execution quality and productivity.
• Drive and govern outsourced collection agencies, including performance targets and service standards.
• Execute and continuously refine collection strategies by delinquency stage to maximize recovery while maintaining customer experience and compliance.
• Ensure consistent and compliant collection messaging across all channels and platforms.
• Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics and take timely corrective actions.
• Handle escalated cases and support complex issue resolution.
• Partner with Risk, Data, Product, and Operations to improve policies, workflows, tools, and scalability.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven collections management experience, preferably in BNPL, lending, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of collections operations, delinquency management, and local regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing in-house agents and outsourced collection agencies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use collection metrics to drive actions and decisions.
• Strong Thai communication and negotiation skills (English is an advantage but not mandatory).
